Booking & Minimums


To give each space the attention it deserves, Savannah’s Sorting Co has a 2-hour minimum per session.


Larger projects (garages, full homes, moving) may require multiple sessions.

Payment Policy


Payment is due the same day services are completed.

Accepted forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Zelle / Venmo
  • Check


Invoices not paid within 24 hours may be subject to a late fee

Cancellation & Rescheduling


Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled session
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled session


(You can waive this for emergencies at your discretion)

Client Participation


Decluttering decisions are an important part of the organizing process. Clients should plan to be available (in person or by phone/text) for decision-making during sorting.


If the client prefers a hands-off session, items will be grouped for review at the end.

Product Purchasing


If organizing products (bins, baskets, drawer dividers, etc.) are needed:

  • Client can purchase items directly

OR

  • Savannah’s Sorting Co can shop on your behalf (product cost + shopping fee apply)


Savannah’s Sorting Co also offers thrifted product for a fee

Cleaning Disclaimer


Light surface wiping may happen as areas are organized, but deep cleaning is not included. Spaces should be generally clean before organizing sessions.

Photos


Before & after photos may be taken for portfolio and social media. No identifying details will be shared without permission.
